Terms and Conditions

  1. Use of Rental Item: The renter agrees to use the rental item only for its intended purpose and in accordance with any safety guidelines provided. The renter assumes full responsibility for the usage of the item.

  2. Liability: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Onward Mountain Guides from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the rental item.

  3. Late Returns: An additional day’s rental fee will be charged per day for any items returned after the agreed rental period.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 3 days of the rental period will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total rental fee.

  5. Return of Rental Item: The item must be returned the evening it is checked out so that it is ready to go out again the next morning. The renter is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs before the item is returned to the rental location.
