OMG Merch Store is Open!

It’s my distinct pleasure to announce that you can now purchase real-life items emblazed with the Onward Mountain Guides logo! Well, two logos to be precise.

My BIG thanks to my Grandmother-in-law, Cathy Tyson, for her diligent work on several of the designs. She created the original — or what I call “classic” — logo for OMG, which you can find on this hat, sticker, and sweatpants. Cathy also designed our swath of fun shirts: We Made It To The Top, 46er Periodic Table, We Saw A Bear, and the ADK Activities Checklist. These were so much fun to brainstorm together, and I’m thrilled to see them come to life.

I also owe a debt of gratitude to JD Davis, a talented graphic designer who I worked with to create the official — or “modern” — OMG logo. JD took my idea of incorporating a compass into the “O” of “Onward” and created something special that pops both in digital and physical products (like this shirt, hoodie, drinkware, and headband). With the variations he made, I think JD balanced the fun and playful spirit with the professional, technical aspects that I think define Onward Mountain Guides. I hope you like it as well.
